Charlie is an insomniac with a dead-end job, a dwindling family inheritance, and a demon in his basement freezer. A coworker has vanished and the police have begun their investigation. After experiencing cryptic fever dreams, subliminal messages begin to unearth clues that lead Charlie to undiscovered crime scenes, posing more questions than answers. Taking his own initiative in the search for the missing person, the cubicle jockey turned private eye must fight through his dark urges while piecing together what remains of his sanity.
